Hello,

I'm currently working with a prospect on Charter School Insurance. They are in the process of opening it and need a policy that will cover General Liability, Property, Educators Legal Liability and Umbrella. Premiums are not an issue but it is requested that the carrier has an A+ rating or better. Suggestions for this?

I had good experience placing a new charter school with Great American for the GL, Property, E&O, and Umbrella. They don't do WC, so we had to place separately. The toughest piece to write was the D&O. Most standards won't write public charters, but we did find a solution.
