Here we go again, another non-renew on a non-francised motel. Very nice place but wildfire concerns in the West are driving carriers away.
Anyone having any luck with these?

update on this request. The motel is fronted by a highway and large lake beyond that. About 35-40% is protected by this. There are no trees within 150 ft of the structure. There is a hydrant across the road which can supply water from the lake to fight a fire. This is a PC 10 but only 6 miles down a highway.
