I'm looking for GL coverage in WA state for a trade association that does some political lobbying. Hartford, Travelers and PHLY have all declined it due to that exposure. Still waiting to hear back from CNA. They are currently with Liberty.

I am not sure what lines that you are looking for but I was able to get GL coverage for a political party that I write through Mount Vernon Fire Insurance Co.

Unfortunately we do not have a direct relationship with a company that writes political lobbying in Washington. However I was able to find a couple of companies that write Fundraising Organizations in Washington. To view the search results click here. I took a look at the results and it seems that Gateway Specialty Insurance writes trade associations. I suggest sending them a submission, perhaps they may be able to point you in the right direction.
