I have a Texas based risk that needs coverage (Liability and Physical Damage) on a race car that they want to rent out at a track. Looking for a market other than K&K as I've had very poor service with them in the past.

I did multiple searches and was not able to find exactly the risk you are looking for. All Risks cover a wide variety of programs, I would suggest reaching out to them to see if they would be able to help you, or possibly point you in the right direction.
