This is a brand new apartment complex coming up in East Texas. 12 Buildings+ Clubhouse. Each Building is 3 story with 12 units each. Insured plans to release one building every fortnight for occupancy. They are currently pre-leasing and are 70% leased for the first 3 buildings. Construction traffic has separate entrance. A Moving fence is installed to separate construction area. TIV at end of completion will be $28 Mil, and we begin with $3 Mil. 
Are there any carriers that specialize in Apartment complexes that'd like to review this?
