Can anyone recommend a program that will track/assist in quoting? Meaning, enter basic information and the program will track the quote, from start to finish, "Unsubmitted (Pending additional Info), "Submitted", "Quote Received", "Proposal Sent". With the information entered, it will prepare a proposal and e-mail to your customer, it will also remind you of various "to do's" like, "Your quote has been out for 2 days, call client and see if they want to bind" Quote bound, get binder".

I have a customer with 22 acres in Oklahoma.. with 10
buildings…and a few other things to insure…to make the bank happy.
It’s currently vacant and has been for about 10 years. She
bought it to turn it into a place where churches can reserve for retreats and
such. Nothing has been done towards converting as she got sick soon after
purchase.
Her son lives on premises as a caretaker but other than that
it’s vacant.

Can anyone recommend a simple MVR program. I just need to be able to run a simple MVR (for all 50 states)...that's it. I don't need an Agency Management System.. a Fleet Monitoring System... or any type of Risk Management Analysis Program.. I JUST need MVR's :o). Thank you.
