Established and financially successful wholesale brokerage/mga has a unique opportunity for a professionally driven candidate who would have interest in an E&S Broker opportunity, working directly with the CEO. The qualified candidate will work hand and hand with the CEO as their protege by learning the E&S brokerage and mga marketplace(Commercial P&C and Professional Lines), how to develop key market relationships and transition to taking over key select accounts from the CEO. The successful candidate will learn how to broker both the carrier and retail agents. Sales, marketing, underwriting, production underwriting background with 2-5 years of current brokerage(retail or E&S) and/or company production underwriting, marketing or sales experience required. This position is designed for a determined, motivated and dedicated sales driven professional with the desire and willingness to learn from the CEO and succeed long term. College degree preferred. License/designations preferred. Must reside in the Philadelphia Region. 50k-60K+bonus/incentives and benefits package.
