Adding to the many perks of working at Facebook’s campus is now an opportunity to move in next door–because who isn't sick of their healthy work/life balance?+ The social media giant announced plans to erect a community development a mere 1.5 miles from the Menlo Park, Calif. sprawl. The $120 million, 630,00 square-foot complex will house 394 units including studio apartments and three-bedroom apartments, with a handful of units set aside for non-Facebook employees and low-income residents.Facebook hired local developers St. Anton Partners to helm the project located between the 101 freeway and salt marshes, according to the Wall Street Journal. The company has not disclosed how much they plan to invest. Construction begins this month and is expected to be complete in 24 months. Hi, Our client is a company who leases furnished apartments to traveling businessmen and their families across the country. Our client would like to get a General Liability policy that would cover both their business operations and have an endorsement that would extend coverage to the liability of the tenants. Does anyone know of an insurance company who has done that in the past, or would be able to do it? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I am in need of a market that can provide a $3M per occurrence GL/PL policy for two Security Consulting firms. One is in VA and the other is in DC. The VA firm is new firm and the DC firm has been around for a year and a half. They will be working for a high profile Organization, doing background checks and investigations (on high profile people) that work for the organization. In addition, they will do general security consulting, to make sure that the Organizations policies and procedures are being followed by the in house security staff. I have declinations from Maxum, Capitol Specialty and Darwin. Markel and Vela have offered to do the PL. Many thanks for any help.

Hi Everyone, I have a client who is transports mobile homes around a 100 mile radius. I need a market that will cover the mobile home being transported in addition to the liability and commercial auto for the truck carrying the mobile home. I would prefer a market that has A rated carriers but am not opposed to B rated carriers.

Hi Everyone. I'm in need of a market for a halfway house and it does have people in there who have recently been let out from jail/prison. It is a combination of ex-convicts, people struggling with drug addiction and people who have been homeless. The halfway house offers program for people to take to help them learn how to transition back into society and overcome addiction. No one of the employees receive paychecks, they are staff but volunteers and this halfway house is a non-profit.
