Hi All, This specific to California. There are some ZIP CODES in California that carriers have a MORATORIUM on Fire Insurance, on of the areas are the San Bernardino Mountains. Besides the DIC policies with the California Fair Plan companion policy, what other carriers would provide a full comprehensive policy? I know of Lexington will, Lloyds I heard just pulled out, any others? Also, I have heard from other agents that there is no coverage for Multi-million dollar homes in that area, too much for CFP

Shop replaces tires on trucks (large box trucks and semis) and offers mobile service. They need garage liability and coverage on shop and equipment. The problem has been finding a carrier that will write both.

I need an MGA that has a market for an Auto Salvage Yard. The business has been around for almost 5 years and there are 4 employees. They do towing of the vehicle if needed. My client is mainly looking for liability on his business but is also interested in workers compensation.

I have an insured that is launching an online service providing a site for energy companies to post upcoming projects that require funding and investors are then able to review the project and connect to further discuss. So far I've contacted several brokers such as Burns & Wilcox, Allrisks, Scottish American, UIG, Atlas General, and Stuckey MGA, all of which have no markets interested. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, we need a quote ASAP and I'm trying to avoid Prime like the plague for obvious reasons.
