Izzy Green co-founded Evergreen Insurance & Risk Management in 2009, and has served as its Chief
Executive Officer since its formation. He developed the frim into one of the top real estate focused
insurance agencies in the country. Izzy is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader who has
successfully founded and managed two companies throughout the course of his career. He is the driving
force behind management and oversight of Evergreen’s growth and structure. Izzy has led the company
to successfully complete several acquisitions while developing a culture of organic growth.
Mr. Green has developed and cultivated deep relationships with the CEO’s and top level management of
the country’s largest insurance companies, MGA’s and wholesalers. Many of them refer to Izzy as the
breath of fresh air that this industry has been lacking for years. Mr. Green’s young successes have been
recognized by numerous media outlets such as the New York Real Estate Journal, Real Estate Weekly,
Mann Report, Ami Magazine, and more. Izzy frequently authors informative articles regarding real
estate insurance, and is a regular contributor to leading real estate publications. From time to time, he
partakes in educational seminars, speaking before board members, managing agents and insurance
firms.
Izzy prides himself on his extreme dedication and providing the best customer service to all of his
clients. He is known as the guy that can be reached 24/6. He considers his clients to be, not only his
business partners, but also his friends. Izzy is a frequent flyer and could be found at least twice a month
in a different state closing new clients, visiting with existing clients and even coordinating on
complicated claim scenes. In his spare time, Izzy enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife
and three children. When he’s not with his family, you can find Izzy at the gym or learning about the
latest technologies.
