Ask Your Peers Restaurant Delivery GL in SC (Closed)

I have a prospective insured that makes food deliveries from various restaurants. For various reasons they may not be able to get an auto policy for HNOA. Does anyone know of a GL carrier that will write this risk without the HNOA?
