Thanks for all the input. We were able to find a liability market. BPP including theft is still proving to be elusive, however.

We are looking for a market for a tire shop / dealer in Texas. (Besides Western Heritage, NICO, Mesa)

Specifically we need Garage Liability, GKLL, and property. They do used tires.

You may try to find a wholesaler that has access to National Indemnity or Catlin Insurance. Not sure about Texas but they will write them in Colorado.
