will need hired & non-owned for 80 drivers. They drive their own vehicle to the worksite. Their limits will be primary - $1,000,000 limits needed. Cant find anyone that will do this portion of the policy. How do these large companies get hired & non-owned?

Clean driving record and no losses in 5 yrs. Prev. insured with Progressive. Prior agent wrote it with 0-10 employees which is not correct. They have 80. We need to change companies ASAP as Progressives waiver of subrogation does not read the way the clients need it to. Progressive will not budge on this.
