Identity Fraud Expense Coverage to Restaurant Programs
ProHost USA has added an optional Identity Fraud Expense Coverage endorsement
to its restaurant programs The form includes coverage for expenses incurred as
a direct result of identity fraud. Eligible expenses include costs for
notarizing affidavits and other documents, certified mail, obtaining credit
reports and lost income resulting from time taken off work to address the
identity fraud.
