COVER LETTER WITH HOMEOWNERS - DIRECT BILL

Enclosed is your renewal Homeowners policy with (Company Name). In order to keep the cost of Homeowners insurance down, (Company Name) has now instituted a new service - Computer Direct Billing. The savings made by this new service is hoped to be passed down to the policyholder.
You will notice in the lower right-hand corner of your policy, on the policy billing notice, that the company offers budget payment of your premium. You may pay the entire policy premium by the policy inception date or make your payment on a budget plan. The amounts due and the due dates are listed on the billing notice in the lower right-hand corner of the policy.
Please be sure to make your payments directly to the company. A self-addressed envelope has been enclosed for your convenience.
All payments will be billed to you directly from the company, and all payments should be made directly to the company. However, as your agent we will continue to service your policy as in the past. We will process for you any changes in coverage and you should report any claims to this office. The only change in procedure will be that the company will bill you directly for any premiums due and you will make all your payments directly to the company.
