are quick to sing the praises of networking.
There is an old adage, which has proven increasingly true, that “you are
only as good as who you know.” This
adage actually pre-dates the Internet.

for your industry. There is much to be
learned from all. And, by sharing what experience,
knowledge, and advice you have to offer, you will attract those people and companies
that best align with your ideologies.
Building your professional network can reinforce your
position as an expert in your industry.
And, unlike a “general” networking site, the content you peruse and
conversations you engage in will likely be more pertinent to your professional interests.
