Worldwide Facilities, Inc., a Los Angeles based wholesale insurance brokerage firm, announced that it purchased the assets of 3D Star Insurance Services, Inc., a St. Louis, Missouri domiciled insurance wholesaler. Denise Dockendorf, President and principal of 3D Star along with her team, joined Worldwide as part of the transaction.  Ms. Dockendorf commented; “Worldwide provides us with a platform and resources that will help us to grow the business.  We are excited about the opportunity to help them grow their geographic footprint.”

Davis Moore, President of Worldwide Facilities, Inc. announced today that, effective February 1, 2012, Worldwide is purchasing the renewal rights to a portion of the Casualty and Healthcare business from Pacific Wholesale Insurance Brokers (PWIB), LLC, a subsidiary of Insurance Specialty Group, LLC. In conjunction with the transaction a team from PWIB, led by Jim Sce and Hoppy Stauffer, is joining Worldwide.
