Established in 1985, J. L. Von Arx is a family-owned surplus lines wholesaler providing insurance programs for Garage, Property And Casualty,  Transportation and other insurance products.  Following the transaction, the existing J. L. Von Arx employees will join Cochrane & Company and merge into Cochrane's Santa Ana, CA underwriting operation where they will continue to serve former Von Arx clients and access additional product offerings available through Cochrane & Company.

KF&B's Limousine Insurance Program is offered through AmTrust.  Our limousine insurance program is designed for those specialty limousines doing special occasion and prearranged corporate transfer.  The majority of the program is comprised of stretch limousines, sedans and SUVs.  The focus is on accounts that have vehicles with at least an average age of 6 years or newer.  New ventures are permitted in the program as long as the owner has prior experience.  Mixed fleets are allowed; however, vans or larger units should not make up more than 50% of the fleet.
