Nice post Jeff, here is an example of that http://mashable.com/2012/10/05/stubhub-tweet/ where an employee from stubhub accidentally posted from the corporate account instead of their personal, or Kitchenaid did the same thing (i think its linked in this article too)

Interesting. We currently have two administrative assistants here and most of our social media content is created by them. I will have discuss your comments with the other agents in our office and see if maybe using an outside professional marketing firm may be beneficial.
