During the course of every year I speak to hundreds of Wholesalers, MGA’s and Carriers about their marketing for new agents.  This is what I do.

When we discuss the topic of social media I've come to realize that there is a lot of confusion as it relates to how it’s working out. Many people tell me it is "To Be Determined"  They are not sure how or if it is working out. 

I think what is important is to recognize that social media is an investigative journey.  It’s important once you start to "KEEP THE PROMISE", to be consistent and most importantly to MEASURE!

The way we measure for our clients is to focus on three key items.

 

1.  Sales Funnel Growth  - Qualified Prospects

2.  Connections Growth – Opt In

3.  Engagement Growth – traffic to blog, to website, clicking on links etc.
