Eligible Risks

Ineligible Risks

• New construction of condominiums, condominiums conversions & townhouses           (some exceptions)
• Any structures/work greater than 3 stories (some exceptions)
• Risks with exposure to process piping, blasting, landfills, tunneling,            “emergency systems,” public utilities, and other similar           extra hazardous exposures
